Apartment Maintenance Technician – Turnover Specialist
Location: Bend, OR
Pay: Up to $25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Are you an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician who enjoys seeing the results of your work? Career Strategies is seeking a Turnover Specialist to help prepare apartment homes for new residents at a community in Bend, OR.
If you have strong make-ready experience and take pride in delivering move-in-ready apartments, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Complete apartment turnovers and make-readies
- Perform maintenance work orders as assigned
- Painting, drywall repair, and basic carpentry
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Ensure vacant apartments are clean, safe, and move-in ready
- Maintain the property and work areas in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Turnover/make-ready experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and general maintenance
- Appliance repair experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable
