Job Title: Desktop Support Location: 100% On Site - Pensacola, FL Type: Contract Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize troubleshooting and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow to track and resolve issues
- Support Windows 10 operating systems and Microsoft Office/365 applications including Outlook
- Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions
- Perform desktop imaging using MDT, LTI, ZTI procedures
- Assist with printer support for HP, Canon, Toshiba models
- Deliver excellent interpersonal and customer service to end-users
- Maintain patience and a strong team-first mindset in a dynamic environment

- Experience troubleshooting with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Windows 10 experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with desktop imaging tools (MDT, LTI, ZTI)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 and Outlook
- Experience supporting IBM Lotus Notes and printer support (HP, Canon, Toshiba)
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
