NSG, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Lead Cleaner to join our commercial janitorial team at a professional office facility in the Blue Ash area. If you take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments while helping lead a team, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 5:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- 30 Hours Per Week
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $17-18 per hour
- Weekly Pay – Every Friday

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work the required evening schedule
What You'll Do
As a Lead Cleaner, you'll help ensure our client facility remains clean, sanitary, and presentable while supporting the on-site supervisor and team.
Responsibilities include:
- Dusting offices and common areas
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and high-touch surfaces
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Monitoring cleaning supply inventory and notifying management when replenishment is needed
- Reporting maintenance or safety concerns observed during your shift
- Assisting the supervisor with daily operations and helping ensure quality cleaning standards are met
- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Is dependable with excellent attendance
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Can interact professionally with clients, visitors, and coworkers
- Takes pride in producing quality work with attention to detail
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
Previous commercial cleaning or lead experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive cleaning motions
- Lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the shift
