Garden Villas of Lenexa is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautifully renovated independent and assisted living community. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the building to ensure the residents are comfortable and safe. Renovating apartment units when vacated may include painting, light plumbing and electrical work and carpet demo and/or cleaning. Pool maintenance may also be expected. Must have or be willing to obtain a CDL driver’s license and HVAC certification a plus!
