Job DescriptionSalary: $18-$19.50
Kemmerer Village Inc is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support the safety, upkeep, and daily operations of our residential campus.
Schedule: MondayFriday | afternoon and evening hours may vary(34 hours/week) Pay Range: $18.00 $19.50 per hour, based on experience Position Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds
- Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and maintenance machinery
- Respond to maintenance needs to ensure a safe, functional environment for staff and residents
- Utilize basic technology to receive work orders, document repairs, and communicate with supervisors
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid drivers license required
- Prior maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of technology and computer systems (email, work order systems, or similar platforms)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
