We are seeking a reliable and experienced Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain and repair rental properties. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and able to work independently across multiple maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing unit turns between tenants
- Performing minor plumbing repairs
- Repairing drywall and painting interiors
- Changing locks and handling basic door hardware repairs
- Installing appliances
- Performing basic electrical work
- Completing preventive maintenance as needed
- Responding to maintenance needs in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining clean, safe, and functional rental units
Requirements:
- Must have your own truck or van
- Must have your own tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working with rental properties
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to complete work efficiently and communicate clearly
