Sparkle Squad is a fast‑growing, professional window cleaning and exterior maintenance company serving homes, senior living communities, restaurants, and commercial properties across Maryland. We’re looking for dependable, energetic technicians who take pride in delivering spotless results and outstanding customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Clean interior and exterior windows, screens, tracks, and glass doors. Often times these are at height.
- Perform gutter cleaning, light pressure washing, and related exterior services
- During the holidays, hang holiday lights and festive decorations,
- Operate ladders, lifts and equipment safely and confidently
- Provide friendly, professional service at every job site
- Maintain a clean work vehicle, tools, and uniform
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily routes efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability — you show up ready to go
- Comfortable working outdoors and working at heights
- Positive attitude and great communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and move equipment safely
- Experience in window cleaning or exterior services is a plus, but not required — we train the right people
