Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance across all project phases
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track defects and quality issues
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues
- Perform both manual and automated testing as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes
- Communicate findings and recommendations to team members and leadership
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance or software testing
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to quality
- Proficiency with testing tools and methodologies
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools
- Experience with performance or load testing
- Relevant QA certifications (ISTQB or similar)
- Background in software development or technical support
