We are in search of a Real Estate Sales Agent who is motivated and passionate about making the home buying & selling experience as simple and streamlined as it can be. We need someone to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Myrtle Beach.

The Dave Friedman Team is the #1 real estate team in Charleston and has expanded into Myrtle Beach, where we have quickly gained traction over the last few years and need another agent to serve our growing number of clients. Our current team cannot handle the number of leads we have, so we are looking for someone who enjoys staying busy and selling lots of homes!

With incredible systems, support, coaching, and training, and a proven method to generate a massive amount of buyer and seller leads, we have positioned our Myrtle Beach Real Estate Team for tremendous growth, and we need your help! If you are a licensed real estate agent and looking to achieve a consistent six-figure income, this may be the opportunity you have been looking for!

Compensation:

$100,000


Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to generate new business and drive sales growth.
  • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to convert opportunities into successful transactions.
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their real estate goals and provide expert guidance.
  • Conduct property showings and deliver an exceptional home-buying experience.
  • Secure buyer and seller representation by successfully presenting and executing agency agreements.
  • Provide outstanding, client-focused service throughout every stage of the real estate transaction.


Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License or intend to get one.
  • Past sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized.
  • Technology-driven.
