Job Description

Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing property management organization to identify a Leasing Administrator / Property Management Assistant for a residential community in Rohnert Park. This opportunity is ideal for someone with recent market-rate property management experience who enjoys supporting leasing operations, resident communications, and day-to-day administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the on-site property management and leasing team.
  • Assist with new resident move-ins, renewals, and move-out documentation.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and ensure files are organized and up to date.
  • Prepare leasing documents, notices, correspondence, and resident communications.
  • Support the leasing process by coordinating appointments, property tours, and applicant follow-up.
  • Enter and update resident information in property management software.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist guests visiting the leasing office.
  • Process paperwork, scan documents, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with general office operations and additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Recent experience supporting market-rate residential properties.
  • Previous leasing, property management, or property administration experience required.
  • Strong customer service and resident relations skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with property management software is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and team-oriented approach.

Job Information

  • Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
  • Job Site Location: Rohnert Park, CA
  • Salary Range: $26-$28/hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
