Job Summary:
\n
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Generative AI to design and build next-generation AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LangGraph, Vertex AI, and modern LLM frameworks to develop scalable, production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs and agent-based architectures
- Build and orchestrate workflows using LangGraph / LangChain for complex AI use cases
- Develop scalable backend systems using Python
- Leverage GCP services, especially Vertex AI, for model training, deployment, and monitoring
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, open-source models) into enterprise applications
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost in production environments
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams
- Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Python development
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong expertise in Vertex AI (model deployment, pipelines, endpoints)
- Experience with LangGraph / LangChain for AI workflow orchestration
- Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
- Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
