Ideal Background

- Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Analyst, or Technical Product background.
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience supporting software engineering teams building APIs or enterprise software platforms.
- Comfortable working with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and modern Agile tooling.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement refinement skills.
