The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, light HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance. The Maintenance Technician will work collaboratively to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical outlets, lighting fixtures.
- Conduct repair tasks as needed for repairs on equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Engage in general maintenance tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of facilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing location staff promptly and professionally.
