The Sales Project Manager will oversee flooring projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budget. This individual will play a vital role in minimizing delays and driving project success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored flooring solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline project execution and maintain quality standards.
- Track project budgets and timelines, adjusting as necessary to meet client expectations.
- Prepare and present project proposals and updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout project phases.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.

Salary:
- $50,000 base salary + commission.
