We are in need of a Rental Agent to join our successful team who is versed in responding to and pre-qualifying clients for rental homes, apartments, and commercial businesses. The ideal candidate for this position is familiar with local, state, and Federal Fair Housing laws and enjoys promoting properties on various social media channels and websites.

Compensation:
$55,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards
- Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations
- Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
- Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract
- Explain the requirements for potential tenants
- Review the rental application process with potential tenants
- Meet and qualify for rental opportunities provided to you by the company
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher
- Knowledge of types of homes and their heating systems
- Strong knowledge of neighborhoods in Philadelphia
