COMMUNITY MANAGER - Full time On Site Manager for community association in Hopewell Twp., MercerCounty, NJ. Responsibilities shall include: overseeing all of the day to day operations and management of the sprawling community property and extensive recreational amenities; attend regular meetings of the board of trustees and committees; oversee and manage all service contracts; facilitate all communications including email, website and specialty portal; purchase supplies, products and insurance; prepare budgets and discuss monthly financial reports. Supervise and interact with full time on site Admin. Excellent opportunity to join an established and dynamic management company with a strong financial operations and talented and engaged executive team. Opportunity to create quality lifestyle and property management in mixture single family, townhome, and stacked units for two community associations with one new large clubhouse. A college degree is desired, along with the CMCA, PCAM or CPM designations. Must posses excellent communications skills. Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.
