What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a dedicated maintenance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs and respond to resident service requests
- Maintain the high standards of our Class A property through proactive facility management
- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure resident needs are always met
- Build positive relationships with residents through exceptional customer service
What You'll Need:
- EPA and CPO certifications (required)
- Valid GA Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Proven team leadership experience with strong organizational abilities
- Excellent customer service skills and professional communication
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
