As a key technical leader, you'll oversee a team of approximately 10 maintenance technicians, spearheading efforts to optimize HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will help expand in-house maintenance capabilities, reduce reliance on external contractors, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards. Required Skills:

- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting
- Experience working in industrial or manufacturing settings
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technicians
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems such as Maintenance Connection
- ISO 9001 and Lean Manufacturing knowledge
- OSHA certification
- Technical certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)

Preferred Education and Experience:

- Must be able to spend the majority of the day on the production floor supporting technicians and resolving maintenance issues
- Ability to coordinate multiple maintenance priorities in a fast-paced setting
