Job DescriptionThe Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities.
Pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.

- 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience
- Valid government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation
- Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready)
What you’ll do
- Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in
- Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed
- Document work completed in maintenance logs
- Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams
Preferred (not required)
- A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
- Strong make-ready/turn experience
- Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience

Pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.

- 6+ months general labor / porter / groundskeeping experience
- Valid government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation
- Able to safely lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
What you’ll do
- Pick up trash and debris around the property
- Assist with trash-outs and general property clean-up
- Power wash sidewalks, breezeways, and exterior areas
- Replace light bulbs, switch plates, and A/C filters as needed
- Check smoke alarms and replace batteries as directed
- Support maintenance/office teams with day-to-day community upkeep ???????
Preferred (not required)
- Pool cleaning experience and familiarity with pool chemicals
- Apartment community porter/grounds experience
- Experience in related fields (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) if you also have general labor experience
