Role Description:
\n
- \n
- Collaborate with business unit and functional stakeholders to manage multiple large to medium-size projects in support of strategic digital efforts.
- Deliver projects tied to annual improvement priorities and strategic goals.
- Assist digital leadership in developing project objectives, defining project scope, and determining success criteria.
- Develop project, communication, risk mitigation, and change management plans.
- Control and monitor project scope, time, cost, and quality, including managing the budget and interfacing with applicable vendors.
- Create and present high-level project status updates to project sponsors, management, and steering committees
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Research, identify, and negotiate for all project resources (internal and external).
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Requirements:
\n

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Five plus years directly managing large business and technology-based projects (system
- implementations, strategic business initiatives, etc.).
- Experience successfully delivering large projects with both waterfall and agile project
- management methodologies
- Experience successfully delivering large projects across multiple business processes and
- stakeholders (Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, etc.).
- Experience successfully delivery large projects across a spectrum of technologies (ERP, Web, Middleware, Upgrades, and
- Infrastructure).
- Experience working with a variety of project management tools (e.g., Clarity, MS Project,
- Jira, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the
- organization (leadership, project teams, end users, etc.)
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to adapt leadership style based on stakeholder
- group (situational leadership).
- Excellent organizational awareness, with the ability to identify and collaborate with key
- influencers specific to each project to drive success.
- Proven ability to persuade and influence without authority.
