Job DescriptionWe are currently hiring an experienced Facilities Technician for the first shift at a manufacturing facility in Oldsmar, FL. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with hands-on experience maintaining facilities, equipment, and building systems.
Facilities Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:15 PM
Job Responsibilities
• Maintain and repair building systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues
• Complete routine and preventive maintenance
• Respond to facility maintenance and safety concerns
• Read schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Assist with other maintenance projects as needed
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of technical or facilities maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors
• Related certifications are preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
