What You’ll Get
- $15–$17/hr (based on experience)
- Quarterly performance bonuses and referral bonuses for quality hires or client leads
- Flexible hours — mostly late afternoon & evening work, but possibility of daytime work

- Cleaning a mix of professional buildings — offices, schools, medical clinics, banks, and more
- Taking pride in spotless floors, streak-free glass, and tidy restrooms
- Following our simple, proven training system to make sure every job meets our high standards
- Working solo or alongside a small, reliable crew depending on the location
