Position Title: Leasing Agent (Bilingual Required)

Location: Athens, GA

Compensation: $18–$20 per hour + Commissions

Employment Type: Full-Time (Weekend availability may be required)

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and creating a welcoming environment for our residents and prospects. We are seeking a bilingual Leasing Agent to join our team and support our diverse resident community.

Position Overview:

The Leasing Agent plays a key role in daily leasing operations, resident relations, and occupancy success. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English + Spanish preferred), customer-service oriented, and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of residents and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and present community features
  • Respond promptly to calls, emails, and walk-ins
  • Assist applicants with rental applications, documentation, and lease execution
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data in property management systems
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media and community outreach
  • Provide high-quality customer service and assist with resident concerns
  • Perform administrative duties in support of the property management team

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English + Spanish) required
  • Leasing, property management, or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable with computers and property management software
  • Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic

Compensation & Benefits:
