Location: Mobile, AL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation: hourly + overtime, on-call pay, and employee ownership benefits
- Overtime expectations: roughly 1 week a month

- Four-hour minimum pay when called out
- Double-time pay on holidays
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Lead Foreman/Technician to join our Fire Alarm & Suppression Service team in Mobile, Alabama. This individual will play a critical role in servicing, inspecting, troubleshooting, programming, and installing fire alarm and suppression systems for commercial, federal, and industrial clients throughout the region.
What You'll Do
Fire Alarm & Suppression Systems
- Perform inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs of:

- Fire alarm systems
- Fire suppression systems
- Fire extinguishers
- Troubleshoot and service existing fire alarm and suppression systems.
- Replace fire alarm control panels and install new systems.
- Program and commission fire alarm systems for commercial and industrial customers.
- Work with leading manufacturers including:

- Siemens
- Notifier
- Simplex
- Gamewell-FCI
- Honeywell products
- Edwards EST
Low Voltage & Security Systems
- Service and maintain:

- Access control systems
- Security systems
- CCTV/Camera systems
- Support low-voltage wiring and device installation activities.

Travel Requirements
- Limited overnight travel
- Typically one overnight trip every 2–3 months
- Most service travel consists of single-night stays
- Overnight travel generally limited to Monday–Thursday
- Rarely more than three consecutive nights away
Compensation:
$__30__/hr to $__38___/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
