Primary Responsibilities
- Perform security guard duties
- Perform fire watch officer duties
- Supervise and train officers
- Document officer supervision with photos and written reports
- Understanding post orders for majority of sites
- Cover open shifts
- Respond to emergency staffing requests
- Work directly with management to identify staffing needs
- Supply officers with company owned security equipment
Scheduling Expectations
- Scheduled supervisor shifts with various locations
- Filling open guard shifts
- Respond quickly to emergency assignments
- Must be will to work nights, overnights, weekends and holidays
Raises and Promotions
- Performance review after initial 6 months of employment to determine raise and company car
- Promotion to Operations Manager when ready and able for the position
