Job Summary
\n
The Senior SAP Project Manager will lead and deliver complex SAP transformation programs across SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA environments.
\n
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale SAP ECC programs, leading end-to-end S/4HANA implementations or conversions, and supporting live S/4HANA environments with a strong focus on the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
\n
This role partners closely with business leaders, IT leadership, system integrators, and global teams to ensure successful delivery while maintaining governance, minimizing business disruption, and aligning with enterprise transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Lead enterprise SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Manage SAP projects from planning through execution, stabilization, and value realization.
- Oversee governance, risk management, budget, and executive communications.
- Partner with CFOs, Finance leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Lead executive steering committees and transformation governance forums.
- Drive SAP best practices across enterprise implementations.
- Prepare business cases, solution proposals, estimates, and RFP responses.
- Conduct value discovery workshops with Finance leadership.
- Create migration strategies from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
- Build SAP accelerators and AI-enabled solutions.

Required Experience

SAP Expertise
\n

- Strong experience managing SAP ECC 6.0 environments.
- Deep expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Multiple full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversion projects.
- Experience supporting live SAP S/4HANA production environments.
- Experience with SAP Activate or ASAP Methodology.
- Solution Manager experience preferred.

- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Typically 8–15 years of ERP Project Management experience.
- Experience leading 2–3+ end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
