About the Role

Join a fast-paced technology organization leading enterprise IT initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, security, and business applications. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project execution, and ensuring successful delivery of multiple technology projects from planning through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the execution of enterprise technology projects across infrastructure, cloud, security, software, and hardware initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and project documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support project governance while ensuring adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Facilitate communication between business units, vendors, and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience managing enterprise technology or IT projects.
- Experience leading multiple concurrent projects across infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, security, software, and hardware environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project planning, risk management, budgeting, and cross-functional team coordination.

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
\n
Estimated hourly range: $70–$75/hr (W-2).
\n
Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
