Overview:
As part of the divisional support personnel, this position will be relied upon for both formal and informal miscellaneous tasks as assigned.Essential, day-to-day, or periodic functions/tasks that are expected of this position may include, but are not limited to:
- Daily cleaning of all common areas, both in the office and shop
- Cleaning and maintenance of restrooms
- Handle and/or move waste receptacles weighing up to 50 pounds
- Landscaping/groundskeeping throughout the property
- Other duties as required or assigned
Skills and Experience:
- Individual must have a high school education
- Be able to follow instructions well and work well both independently and as part of a team
- Have an exceptionally high attention to detail and be well-organized
