Compensation:
$100,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience.
- Leverage our tech-driven tools to generate and manage a steady stream of internet leads.
- Collaborate with our in-house closing coordinator to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
- Participate in our Aspire Program to explore new avenues for residual income.
- Engage in personalized coaching sessions to enhance your skills and achieve your career goals.
- Contribute to our community-focused initiatives, aligning each transaction with our core values of giving back.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to provide clients with informed advice and insights.
Qualifications:
- Must have an NC Real Estate License.
- Experience in real estate sales, with a valid NC Broker license.
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate, ensuring client satisfaction and successful transactions.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and closing documents.
- Proficiency in using MLS and other real estate technology platforms.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, supporting fellow agents, and contributing to a positive work environment.
