Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a rewarding career in a growing industry? Join our thriving pet food manufacturing team in Denton, TX! We’re searching for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our production lines running safely and efficiently.What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain food processing and packaging equipment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and facility systems
  • Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns and minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and inventory teams to ensure a safe and smooth operation

What We Offer:

  • Pay: $28 per hour, paid weekly
  • Schedule: 2/2/3, 12-hour shifts (6AM–6PM) – enjoy more days off!
    • Example: Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, repeat

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment (food or beverage industry preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or degree a plus
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot with minimal supervision
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions
