We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at a large multi-family residential property. Responsibilities
- Complete quality apartment turnovers promptly and efficiently
- Respond immediately to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Complete work orders accurately and professionally
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Build and nurture positive relationships with residents
- Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation and respond within required timeframes
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized
- Assist with general property maintenance and repairs
- Repair and maintain appliances, fixtures, outlets, switches, and other equipment
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must have basic personal tools
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Proficient tool handling and work order management
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service abilities
