Join Our Team at New Process Metal Solutions!
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to keep our operations running smoothly. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent career growth potential and a competitive benefits package.
Schedule:
- Four days on / four days off
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, plus overtime as needed
- Schedules may vary based on customer demand and production requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, including forklifts, trucks, and manufacturing machinery.
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including motor controls and PLCs.
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
- Ensure safety compliance and keep work areas clean.
- Support and train other maintenance staff as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience with strong electrical skills (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to operate forklifts and cranes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with great communication skills and flexibility for overtime.
