We are seeking a Property Manager / Leasing Agent to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate listing/showing properties
- Prepare and present marketing analysis for physical locations and properties
- Main point of contact for tenants: investigate, educate and resolve tenant issues
- Provide our clients with the highest level of customer service and ensure that their goals are exceeded
- Perform regular property inspections to maintain and improve our properties
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with property owners, tenants and vendors
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in ever-changing circumstances
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
