Compensation:
$40,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:
- Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises
- Doing property inspections
- Performing move-in and move-out inspections
- Answering tenants' and owners' questions and concerns
- Dispatching contractors and following up on the progress
- Collect and adjust the rent
- Communicate and update the team on new and ending contracts
Qualifications:
- MUST have 1-3 years of management experience
- Active Real Estate Licensed
- Proficient computer skills
- Great at handling tenants
