EcoGuard technicians go above and beyond they are true pest professionals. In this role, you will learn how to identify and treat a wide variety of pest issues for both residential and commercial properties.
This position is specifically for technicians servicing the West Valley. While our office is located in Mesa, this technician will run routes strictly on the West side of the Phoenix Valley (West Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, etc.).
Schedule & Pay
Our field technicians work full time, typically starting between 7:308:00 AM and finishing around 4:305:00 PM.
Each pay period (paid every other Friday) typically includes 515 hours of overtime built into the schedule.
After completing training, technicians are issued a company vehicle (2022+ GMC Sierra 1500) that is taken home daily.EcoGuard covers fuel, insurance, and vehicle maintenance ex oil changes, tires, brakes etc.
Technicians are responsible for keeping the vehicle clean and organized.
The vehicle is for EcoGuard business use only.
Incentives
In addition to the hourly wage, incentives are offered which benefit the customer and tech. There is no monthly cap to these incentives. (We have individuals making thousands in monthly bonus cash)
Training
Training is paid and lasts approximately two weeks.
