Abbington Manor is currently accepting application for Director of Maintenance.
Position Summary: This position is responsible for maintenance and repairs at our 73 Unit assisted living facility located in Lehi, Utah. Responsibilities include all building and grounds maintenance, as well as coordination and oversight of projects performed by outside service providers. Will also assist with facility transportation. Responsible for all general repairs, preventive maintenance and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on maintenance and management position.
