Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple or large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through delivery
- Manage and mentor Project Managers, engineers, and site teams
- Drive project performance across safety, quality, schedule, and cost
- Oversee QA/QC and commissioning alignment across all project phases
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as senior point of contact
- Ensure collaboration across internal teams and subcontractors
- Play a key role in developing team culture and project environment

Skills / Must Have:

- Extensive experience within an electrical contractor environment
- Strong background delivering data center or mission-critical projects
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and full project scopes
- Track record of delivering large, complex construction projects successfully
- Strong people leadership — collaborative, not authoritarian
