Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee all buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Complete service requests and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
- Promptly respond to repair requests, including after-hours emergencies
- Manage the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in the multi-family industry
- HVAC experience required; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) a plus
- Proficiency in general apartment maintenance and repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems
- Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 50lbs
- High School Diploma or GED
