A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to support their expansive 240,000 square foot Corporate World Headquarters and R&D Center campus. This role involves approximately two-thirds hands-on maintenance work, with the remaining one-third focused on project management and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and laboratory equipment.
- Operate and troubleshoot building automation, fire, and security systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using tools and technical diagrams.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints for repairs and upgrades.
- Coordinate with contractors and assist in project execution.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain organized work areas.
- Participate in emergency response and on-call rotation duties.
Essential Skills
- 7+ years of maintenance experience.
- Chief C Boilers certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Proficiency with VFDs, pump repairs, motors, HVAC, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in a maintenance-related field (preferred).

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $81120.00 - $99840.00/yr.
