Job Summary
\n
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support semiconductor manufacturing operations by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on chemical, gas, and slurry distribution systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, industrial maintenance experience, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily maintenance of chemical, gas, and slurry distribution systems.
- Write technical documentation for process development.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all maintenance activities.
- Read, interpret, and create Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Perform troubleshooting and technical repairs on equipment.

Physical Requirements
\n

- Walk throughout the facility for extended periods (approximately 3–6 miles per day).
- Climb ladders up to 12 feet using appropriate fall protection.
- Lift up to 40 lbs.
- Frequently bend, kneel, and reach overhead.

\n
\n
\n
Minimum Qualifications
\n
- \n
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance or skilled trades experience (e.g., plumbing, welding, oilfield, or similar).
\n
\n
\n
Preferred Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Trade/Vocational certification (Plumbing, Electrical, etc.) or an Associate degree in a technical discipline.
- PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Startup and commissioning experience.
- Experience installing and maintaining plumbing systems.
- Continuous improvement experience.
- Ability to read P&IDs and PFDs.
- Familiarity with ultra-high-purity gas and chemical delivery systems.
- Experience following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify replacement parts.
- Ability to read gauges, understand units of measure, and use precision measuring equipment.
- Knowledge of material compatibility and construction materials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
