Cleaning Technician – Join Our Team
Tidy Maids of Frisco, based in Frisco, Texas, is hiring Cleaning Technicians who take pride in their work. You will be responsible for general cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing homes, apartments, and small offices.
Pay & Benefits
- Average pay: $15–$23 per hour
- Approximately $500–$950 per week plus tips
- Pay based on productivity
- Work days are Monday-Friday. No weekends or Holidays.
- Paid weekly via direct deposit
- Paid training provided
- Gas reimbursement provided
- No experience required

Work Environment
- Work in teams of two technicians
- Teams are dispatched each morning from our office to customer locations
- Work area includes Frisco and surrounding areas
- Must be comfortable with physical labor and standing for 5–8 hours per day
- If you are a designated driver, you must have your own vehicle to transport cleaning supplies and travel to job sites
Scheduling
We use a mobile scheduling app so you can easily view your daily assignments and schedule from your smartphone.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Drug-free and felony-free
- Must own smartphone
- Designated driver must own a vehicle with valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Verifiable work history and references preferred (1 year or more)
- Excellent attitude and strong work ethic
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
