About the Team

The Technical Program Delivery & Enablement team sits at the intersection of technology delivery and cross-functional collaboration. We drive technical roadmap planning and documentation; facilitate dozens of cross-functional meetings per month across Product, Engineering, IT, Infrastructure, and Engineering Support; manage strategic vendor relationships; and ensure work is properly categorized and tracked for financial reporting. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to all corners of the technology organization.

Role Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about servant leadership, process improvement, and enabling teams to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agile Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for one or more delivery teams.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Help coordinate and run cross-functional meetings with Product, Customer Success, Engineering, IT, Infrastructure, and Engineering Support stakeholders.
  • Impediment Removal: Identify and escalate blockers, dependencies, and risks; work proactively to resolve issues before they impact delivery timelines.
  • Delivery Tracking: Maintain and communicate project status, sprint metrics, and delivery health to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve team workflows, ceremonies, and tooling to increase efficiency and transparency.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project and technical documentation, assist with go to market communications, and contribute to reporting for leadership and finance.
  • Vendor & Partner Support: Assist in coordinating activities with strategic vendors and external partners as needed.
  • Roadmap Support: Help facilitate technical roadmap planning activities, ensuring alignment between business priorities and delivery capacity.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, Scrum Master, or Agile coordination roles
  • Foundational understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar)

Preferred

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or equivalent certification
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with financial tracking concepts (CapEx/OpEx categorization)
  • Exposure to vendor management or procurement processes
  • Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., HITRUST, SOC 2)

What You'll Gain

  • Mentorship from experienced program delivery leaders
