Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
About the Team
The Technical Program Delivery & Enablement team sits at the intersection of technology delivery and cross-functional collaboration. We drive technical roadmap planning and documentation; facilitate dozens of cross-functional meetings per month across Product, Engineering, IT, Infrastructure, and Engineering Support; manage strategic vendor relationships; and ensure work is properly categorized and tracked for financial reporting. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to all corners of the technology organization.
Role Summary
We are seeking an early-career Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our Enablement team. In this role, you will support the delivery of technology initiatives by facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and helping to remove impediments that slow teams down. Key Responsibilities
- Agile Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for one or more delivery teams.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Help coordinate and run cross-functional meetings with Product, Customer Success, Engineering, IT, Infrastructure, and Engineering Support stakeholders.
- Impediment Removal: Identify and escalate blockers, dependencies, and risks; work proactively to resolve issues before they impact delivery timelines.
- Delivery Tracking: Maintain and communicate project status, sprint metrics, and delivery health to leadership and stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve team workflows, ceremonies, and tooling to increase efficiency and transparency.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project and technical documentation, assist with go to market communications, and contribute to reporting for leadership and finance.
- Vendor & Partner Support: Assist in coordinating activities with strategic vendors and external partners as needed.
- Roadmap Support: Help facilitate technical roadmap planning activities, ensuring alignment between business priorities and delivery capacity.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, Scrum Master, or Agile coordination roles
- Foundational understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar)
Preferred
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or equivalent certification
- Experience in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with financial tracking concepts (CapEx/OpEx categorization)
- Exposure to vendor management or procurement processes
- Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., HITRUST, SOC 2)
