Key Responsibilities

- GenAI Integration — Build and optimize AI‑powered features using Claude and OpenAI APIs (prompt engineering, model orchestration, retrieval‑augmented generation, evaluation frameworks).
- Pega Application Development — Design and implement Pega workflows, case management logic, decisioning rules, and integrations with external systems.
- Angular Front‑End Engineering — Develop responsive UI components that interact with Pega services and AI‑driven endpoints.
- DevOps Automation — Build CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, and ensure reliable cloud‑native operations across environments.
- Model Governance — Implement monitoring, evaluation, and compliance controls for GenAI usage.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work with business stakeholders, UX teams, and platform engineers to deliver high‑impact digital experiences.

Required Skills & Experience

- GenAI Engineering — Hands‑on experience with Claude, Copilot, or OpenAI, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt design.
- Pega Development — Strong knowledge of Pega DX API
- Angular — Proficiency with TypeScript, RxJS, component architecture, and REST integration.
- DevOps — Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud deployment patterns.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
