Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services to company standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all areas including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and special instructions
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients at all times
- Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled windows
- Report any damages, supply needs, or client concerns to management
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Trustworthy and professional with respect for client homes and privacy
