As our Web Designer, you will lead the creative charge by designing, developing, and maintaining visually stunning, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized websites. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams in sales, operations, and events to translate strategic business goals into engaging front-end digital experiences. From building custom WordPress themes to creating high-quality graphics and social media video content, your work will directly elevate brand awareness across both digital and print mediums. This consultative role provides an excellent creative sandbox with a stable, growth-oriented industry leader.

Required Skills

- Associate degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 2+ years of professional experience in web design, responsive layouts, and CMS template development.
- Advanced technical proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) and WordPress.
- Solid grasp of front-end development (HTML5/CSS3), UX/UI design fundamentals, and web accessibility standards.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to comfortably hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
