Job DescriptionFacilities Reliability Technician — Arlington, TX 76012

What challenges will you tackle?
- Proactively maintain, repair, and optimize facility systems and production assets.
- Run inspections to uncover risks early and meet all safety and compliance standards.
- Jump on urgent maintenance calls to minimize downtime.
- Document repairs, PMs, and parts usage with accuracy.
- Collaborate with peers to refine procedures and enhance reliability.
- Support installation and start-up of new equipment and systems.
- Keep the workplace organized, clean, and safe.
What background sets you up for success?
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade or technical credentials preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance or a closely related mechanical/electrical role.
- Solid grounding in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Proficiency diagnosing mechanical failures and implementing fixes.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communicator and strong team contributor.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call rotations.
