The Liberty Group is hiring experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants to help convert strong tours into signed leases at onsite communities.
Pay: $21–$24/hr (based on experience)
Onsite multifamily communities
Immediate start opportunities available
What You’ll Do
- Greet and tour prospective residents and follow up to support lease conversions
- Present the value, features, and lifestyle of the community
- Guide applicants through leasing, applications, and screening steps
- Manage and track leads while maintaining strong prospect communication
- Support renewals by communicating lease expirations and coordinating the renewal process
- Assist with marketing efforts and resident events as needed
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6+ months of apartment or multifamily leasing experience
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing best practices
- Valid government-issued ID
- Strong communication skills with comfort in phone, email, and face-to-face sales conversations
- Availability to work weekends or peak touring hours when required
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, AppFolio, or similar property management systems
- Luxury, lease-up, rehab, or LIHTC experience
- Bilingual (Spanish is a strong plus)
