We are seeking a highly organized Maintenance Coordinator to support our Swimming Pool Service and Maintenance team. In this role, you will coordinate maintenance routes, assist customers, support field technicians, manage maintenance accounts, and ensure daily operations run efficiently. This position requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize weekly maintenance technician routes.
- Process maintenance contracts, billing, account setup, and customer account updates.
- Manage maintenance accounts, reports, and collections.
- Support Service and Maintenance teams with scheduling and administrative needs.
- Coordinate brushing schedules for new pool construction projects.
- Communicate with customers regarding maintenance, cancellations, deck pours, and plaster schedules.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues and escalations.
- Maintain accurate records in company software systems.
- Assist with reporting, KPI tracking, and operational support.
- Promote exceptional customer service and positive online customer reviews.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service, administrative, dispatch, or coordination experience.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Experience with scheduling or routing software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and occasionally work Saturdays when needed.
