Job DescriptionNSG, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Janitorial Cleaner for a lab facility located in Hebron, KY. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.Must be able to work the following set of days/hours:Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 5:00p-10:00p (15 hours Per Week)Including holidaysCompensation:Competitive rate of pay: $19.00 per hour.Weekly pay every Friday.Responsibilities:Disinfecting surfaces (including ceilings)Clean offices, restrooms, break areas, stairwells, elevators, and lobbies according to schedule.Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces.Restock restrooms and remove trash.Spot clean glass, walls, doors, and high-touch areas.Maintain water fountains, stainless steel, and other fixtures.Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.Follow safety procedures, including wet floor signage and proper chemical use.Qualifications:Experience using cleaning tools and supplies.Knowledge of cleaning practices and safety guidelines.Strong attention to detail and reliability.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks.Professional, polite, and dependable.Work Conditions:Long periods of standing, bending, and moving.Must clock in/out at site phone and return issued keys/phone at end of shift.Breaks only in designated areas (not tenant spaces).Equal Opportunity Employer: NSG, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
