Apartment Maintenance Technician
Hilliard, OH
Pay: $20–22/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Career Strategies is seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician for a well-established apartment community in Hilliard, OH. If you have apartment maintenance experience and take pride in delivering quality work, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Complete maintenance work orders efficiently
- Perform apartment turns and make-readies
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and carpentry issues
- Repair and maintain appliances
- Assist with preventative maintenance throughout the community
- Help maintain common areas, grounds, and curb appeal
- Remove trash and assist with general property upkeep as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents
What We're Looking For
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, and appliance repair
- HVAC experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors
- Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
